Payments

The billing system in the Agro Contracts application is based on prepayments (virtual wallet). Below are the detailed rules for funding the account and managing funds.

Payment processing and currencies​

Payments are processed directly from your Agro Contracts account via the secure Stripe payment gateway. The primary billing currency in the system is the Euro (EUR). We allow payments in US Dollars (USD) – in this case, the amount is automatically converted to EUR at the time of the transaction. For every successfully completed wallet top-up, the system generates an invoice, which is delivered electronically (e-Invoice) to the email address provided by the Customer.

Rules for using the prepaid wallet​

  • Purpose of funds: Funding the wallet allows you to pay for the ongoing use of the application (daily rates for active workers).
  • Purchasing restrictions: Funds from the prepaid wallet cannot be used to purchase physical equipment (e.g. wristbands). Please note that purchasing a physical product itself does not automatically grant the rights to use the software.
  • No expiration date: Unused funds in the wallet are not forfeited. They remain in your account as long as they are available and automatically roll over to the next agricultural season.
  • No refunds: Funds deposited into the prepaid wallet are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
  • Operational block: The application may temporarily block operational activities (e.g., scanning worker wristbands, saving work) if the account balance falls below zero (a negative balance occurs).
