Agro Contracts works constantly – new direction in agriculture digitalization
Agro Contracts does not rest on its laurels – we are constantly working on the development of our solution. We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed a research and development project with our partner.
Thanks to the support we received through the Sector-Agnostic track, we have made tremendous progress in the development of our system. We went through a rigorous environmental testing phase, which allowed us to develop the target, optimal architecture of our solution for the agro industry.
About the project and key takeaways
The main goal of the work was to develop and test in operational conditions our proprietary wireless identification technology, aimed at eliminating the circulation of paper documents in the fresh fruit supply chain.
During the program, the project was divided into stages, the results of which fundamentally influenced the development strategy of our product:

Evolution of hardware architecture and strategic pivot: Implementation and extensive operational testing of proprietary, stationary measurement devices provided us with invaluable knowledge in the field of field logistics.

Automated flow control system: We developed and tested mobile reading gates and optimized the process of permanently marking collective packaging (crate pallets).

Scalable cloud infrastructure: To support the new information collection model, we built a secure central system architecture. It ensures continuous and smooth data synchronization from field devices, being fully resistant to intermittent internet access, which is crucial for maintaining continuity of work in agricultural areas.
That cooperation allowed us to raise the level of technological readiness, bring new ideas to life and improve our solution.
